HaggardTech Solutions was founded in 2014 by Michael Haggard, a network engineer who saw that Uganda's rapid urbanization and business growth was being held back by unreliable, overpriced internet and fragmented IT support.
Starting with three engineers and a single MikroTik router in a small office on Kampala Road, we built our first fiber link between Ntinda and Kololo in 2015. Today we operate a multi-node fiber network spanning Kampala, Mukono, Namanve, and Entebbe.
